If you want to create websites quickly and easily in order to get them on the web and start marketing them, you may want to consider using page building software.

Many of the web page building software programs are designed to be easy to use.  They usually contain several different templates and allow for customization of the page’s colors, fonts, etc.

You don’t need to know any HTML in order to use this type of software.  They will come with a “what you see is what you get editor” (also known as “WYSIWYG”).   This will look similar to a word processing screen.  The information that you type will appear on the Internet in the same way that it appears on your computer screen.




Unlike some design programs, you really do not need any skills or design experience to build a website using one of the page building software programs.  This allows you to put up a site in a few hours. 

This option works great for affiliate marketers who happen to have several niche sites.  A niche site is a small website devoted to a single topic.  Niche sites are a popular choice as they are easy to maintain and do not take a lot of time or energy to create.  You simply pick a topic, find some affiliate programs that match that idea, add some content, and publish your site.

Depending on the software you choose, there may be some special features designed for Internet marketers to further help you with your marketing efforts.  For instance, there may be some keyword density tools or other things that can help you with your search engine optimization.

There are many software programs to choose from; you can even find shareware programs which are free.  However, those may not be the best option.  The better a program is and the more features it has, the more likely the creator is to want something in exchange for his hard work.

There is no doubt that you will be able to control the design and features of your website better if you use designing software such as DreamWeaver or FrontPage.  However, these programs can be expensive and have a bit of a learning curve.  If you are less worried about the design aspect and simply want to create a website in a short amount of time and get it published, then web page building software might be for you.
